New Journey Transitional Housing Services

• Must be at least 18 years old and female. 
• Must not be pregnant.  
• Cannot be medically fragile. 
• Cannot be experiencing significant mental health challenges or being prescribed psychotropic medications. 
• Are drug and substance free and can remain so. Agree to drug screenings
• Are employable, medically fit and willing to work full time.  
• Do not possess a significant criminal history. 
• Are not fleeing a domestic violent situation or order of protection.  
• Would be willing to make significant life changes to become stable. 
• Must be willing to live in community shared spaces

 Participation in our program is by referral only. Referrals come from our partner agencies such as other homeless shelters, Programs, hospitals. We would also work with Coordinated Assessment.
